Card Security
All credit/debit card payments are through the Sec Pay Secure E-payments system, no card numbers are stored within our databases.
We aim to dispatch within two working days
Recorded delivery items UK only if nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the point of delivery, Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to collect it. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply.
Returns & damaged goods
Buyer is responsible for return postage
Please email us and advise us of problem then send returns to the address on the packing slip sent together with the product.
For items that are not broken and that you wish to return the following policy applies.
The goods must be unused.
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refund to you.
POST AND PAYMENT
Once payment is received your item/s will be carefully packed and dispatched 1st class with Royal Mail. Couriers will be used for large or heavy parcels.
WE dispatch at 2pm and our aim is to post within 2 working days, depending on our workload.
Most of our customers enjoy next day delivery.
POSTAL ORDER
Ready for dispatch on receipt.
CHEQUE
Ready for dispatch on cleared funds. Usually takes 5 working days to clear in the bank.
B A C S AND BANK TRANSFER
Please contact us to make arrangements.
ITEMS NOT ARRIVED
Check to see if your local post office or sorting office has your parcel waiting for you. If not then contact us, and we will investigate the situation for you. Replacement, where possible or refund will be offered 15 days after dispatch as per Royal Mail guidelines.
ITEMS DAMAGED
Contact us and a replacement, where possible or refund will be offered straight away. PLEASE NOTE: We will require permission from you to forward your details to Royal Mail for their investigation.
