Credit/Debit card payments are through our Secure E-payments system, no card numbers are stored within our databases.
Delivery and Payment
Once payment is received your item/s will be carefully packed and dispatched 2nd class Recorded with Royal Mail. Parcel Force for large or heavy parcels.
We dispatch at 2pm and our aim is to post within 2 working days, depending on our workload.
Most of our customers enjoy next day delivery.
Deposits
We require a deposit of £10.00 per piece for all Pre-orders, plus £2.99 UK post.
This is your reservation, and your deposit will be taken from the balance when your reservation arrives.
Deposits are Non-Refundable as we could have sold the item if it had not been reserved for you.
Post
If you do not need postage and want to pick up from our shop.
Please type collect at checkout to remove UK post fee.
Parcel Force
Please include your mobile number and PF will send your tracking details.
UK Royal Mail recorded delivery items
If nobody is available to sign for the parcel at the point of delivery, Royal Mail will keep your package at your local Depot/Post office for 7 days enabling you to collect it.
After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal Charges apply for re-delivery.
Returns Policy
Contact required within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Buyer is responsible for return postage.
Goods must be unused.
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable.
Goods must be received back within 7 days of agreement.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refund to you.
Damaged goods
Contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns including photo/s.
Upon receipt a replacement will be sent - where possible or refund processed.
Royal Mail Items not Arrived
Check to see if your local post office or sorting office has your parcel waiting for you. If not then contact us, and we will investigate the situation for you. Replacement, where possible or refund will be offered 15 days after dispatch as per Royal Mail guidelines.
